NII Holdings Inc. , [NASDAQ: NIHD] a publicly held company based in Reston, Va., provides mobile communications for business customers in Latin America. (NYSE:MOT) announced the new Motorola i897 Ferrari Special Edition cell phone, which will be offered by Nextel Argentina, Nextel Brazil and Nextel Mexico. The phone will be available in yellow and red and includes Ferrari-themed digital content like wallpapers and ring tones. Greg Santoro, Vice President and Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for NII Holdings said, ""We are committed to offering our subscribers differentiated wireless services as well as exciting products and during 2010 we will deliver on this promise with numerous exciting and innovative devices, The Motorola i897 Ferrari Special Edition is the perfect mix of style and functionality, combining the prestige of Ferrari with Motorola's innovation and Nextel's world-class DirectConnect Push-to-Talk service."" Motorola is currently trading 1.04 percent lower at $7.60. NII is currently trading 0.14 percent higher at $36.70."

We are also very excited about the previously announced agreements that we entered into with Nokia Siemens Networks and Hewlett Packard for managed services of our network support and information technology operations, respectively. We believe that our partnerships with these world class companies will position us to further enhance the superior service quality our high value customers have come to expect, while improving our efficiency."
