Ralph Sultan (born 1933) is a Canadian politician. He is currently the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for West Vancouver-Capilano in British Columbia.

A member of the British Columbia Liberal Party, he was first elected in 2001 and re-elected in 2005 and 2009.

He currently sits on the Legislative Review Committee and the Cabinet Committee on Jobs and Economic Growth.
