Douglas Horne is a Canadian politician, who was elected as a BC Liberal Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2009 provincial election, representing the riding of Coquitlam-Burke Mountain. He currently serves on the Legislative Review Committee.

On November 23, 2009 Natalie, Mark and her band brought her new show, "To Lena...a tribute to The Lady and Her Music" to the Birdland stage in front of a packed house. This clip is of Natalie, Mark and the band performing Charlie Smalls' "If You Believe" from The Wiz. This song became a theme song of sorts for Miss Lena Horne after she sang it in the Sidney Lumet film of The Wiz & made it her own in her one woman Broadway show.
