Toi Hutchinson (born May 20, 1973) is a Democratic member of the Illinois Senate, representing the 40th District. She was appointed on January 5, 2009 to fill out Debbie Halvorson's unexpired term. Hutchinson was previously Halvorson's chief of staff. She was also a former Village Clerk of Olympia Fields, Illinois.
