William E. "Bill" Brady (born May 15, 1961, Bloomington, Illinois) is a Republican member of the Illinois Senate, representing the 44th Legislative District since his appointment in May 2002. He previously served in the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 88th District from 1993 to 2000.

In 2006, he ran for Governor of Illinois, finishing third in the Republican primary with a vote total of about 18%. Brady announced that he would be a candidate for Governor of Illinois again in 2010.

Brady has announced his candidacy for the position of governor of Illinois in 2010 and defeated his closest competitor, State Senator Kirk Dillard, by 193 votes in the GOP primary.
