Tuncay Şanlı (; born 16 January 1982) is a Turkish footballer who plays for Stoke City in the Premier League. He plays either as striker or as an attacking midfielder and winger, and can play wide left or right. He is often known solely by his first name, Tuncay, and captains the Turkish National Team. He was in the Turkey teams that finished in third place in both the 2003 Confederations Cup and the 2008 European Championships.
