The Town of Banff, in Banff National Park in Alberta's Rockies, Canada, launched a new rebranded local bus system called Roam in June 2008. There are three routes in the summer connecting the town, Tunnel Mountain, the Banff Springs Hotel, and the Banff Gondola. Service is provided using four hybrid Nova buses, each decorated with scenes from the National Park, featuring either a grizzly bear, elk, mountain goat or wolf..

Cash fare is $2 for adults and $1 for seniors and children under 13, with children under 5 riding for free. A $5 Day Pass provides unlimited travel for that day. Tokens can be bought in advance at a reduced rate and a Smartcard is available for one, three and six month periods.

Formerly known as Banff Public Transit, the town has had some form of public transportation since 1994, contracted to a variety of private operators. On May 31, 2008, local tour bus company Brewster Inc., took over operation of the revamped system, using the newly acquired fleet.

#1, 2008 Nova Bus LFS HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) operated by Banff Transit (Roam). This bus is powered by a Cummins ISL engine and Allison's EP40 hybrid electric drive. #1 is one of four Nova Bus LFS HEV buses, they make up the entire Banff Transit fleet currently, with an operation of 3 summer and 2 winter routes, operated by a fleet of four buses, including a spare bus.
