Raksha Sainyam (രക്ഷാൈസനൃം)is the Malayalam term used for the Salvation Army in Kerala, India. Ratchannai Senai (Tamil) and Mukthi Fouj (Hindi) are other names for the same organization.
Raksha Sainyam is a Christian Charity and Social Services organization. It's also a Church with Territorial Head Quarters at Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram. Salvation Army is an international organisation and it is working in 121 countries. General William Booth is the founder and first General of the Salvation Army.
