Gothabilly (sometimes hellbilly), is one of several music and cultural subgenres of rockabilly. The name is a portmanteau word that combines gothic and rockabilly. The earliest known use of the word gothabilly was by The Cramps in the late 1970s, to describe their blend of somber, rockabilly-influenced punk rock. Since then the term has come to describe a fashion and music trend that bridges both the gothic and rockabilly subcultures.

I had been wanting to learn to use the movie software on my computer for a while and wanted to do something with a horror theme. He said I could use this song to make a video about scream queens and creepy women IF I included a few that he considered frightening and/or unseemly...and if I included a lot of spankings. (Don't ask. He's nice but he's weird.) Anyway, here we have his song accompanied by images of Gloria Holden, Ingrid Pitt, Barbara Shelly, even Bonnie Parker and Betty Page, as well as a few of BJ's suggestions. It's my first try at such a thing. Hope you like it.
