Brendan Howlin (born 9 May 1956) is an Irish Labour Party politician. He is currently a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Wexford constituency and the Labour Party spokesperson on Constitutional Matters and Law Reform. He has previously served as Minister for Health (1993 � 1994) and Minister for the Environment (1994 � 1997).
