The university has an integrated educational curriculum with four major components: technical, social, learning, and entrepreneurship. To make learning interesting, the university adopts the practice-oriented teaching strategy. The approach also enables student to apply their knowledge and acquire hands-on skills required by industry. The university laboratory and workshops are well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to support the teaching and learning process. Faculty members have vast industrial experience, with professional and academic qualifications required to help and guide students in their development. UniKL has 12 institutes spread across 10 campuses throughout Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Bangi, Kajang, Sepang, Taboh Naning, Pasir Gudang, Ipoh, Lumut and Kulim. While enjoying their own unique character due to collaboration with foreign counterparts and universities, the campuses and institutes also have many similar attributes for example, each campus and institute has its own Dean, its own Students Affair Department and its own student union. |
