TV9 broadcasts programmes that are marketed mostly to Malays and young adults. Its line-up consists of informational, entertaining and educational shows. Media Prima (who owns TV3 and TV9) were Malaysia's national television provider based in Kuala Lumpur became a largest cities and national capital of Malaysia. TV3 and TV9 were also broadcasted over-the-fence to Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur had many radio stations, but the only station that broadcast to other states are Hot 97.6 FM Kuala Lumpur and Fly 95.8 FM Kuala Lumpur, which are not actually broadcasted from Kuala Lumpur but are broadcasted from Putrajaya. TV3 of Malaysia were known as TV3 and TV9 were RTM TV1 until 2003 when Kuala Lumpur became a Malaysia city to avoid confusion with local Astro Ria, Astro Prima, Astro Aruna and Astro Awani. |
