I figured out where all this dust and noise in my apt. is coming from. Must be all that construction going on outside. Bruce Ratner and Marty Markowitz are trying to build an arena and a lot of other garbage on the site where my apt building currently stands. They are working mighty hard at making life unpleasant for us. They put up a wall, they make noise all day long and they cut off our utilities at their discretion. Too bad we're still here.
