Indiana University South Bend is the third largest campus of the Indiana University system. It is popularly known as IUSB or IU South Bend. It is located in South Bend, Indiana, in St. Joseph County, Indiana.

It wasn't until the 1950's when the NAACP threatened legal action that African Americans were given free access to the structure. This edifice represents on ongoing commitment to Civil Rights and the struggle that existed in South Bend.

The University of Notre Dame football team upset the Utah Utes, 28-3, on Senior Day at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. The Fighting Irish were led by defensive back Robert Blanton's blocked punt for a touchdown, as well as wide receiver Michael Floyd, and linebackers Manti Te'o and Brian Smith. Notre Dame tickets are tough to come by, but Nick Garner of www.sportstalk4kids.com was there, and he couldn't help but get caught up in the celebration when the students and fans stormed the field while the band played the Notre Dame Alma Mater and Notre Dame's fight song, the Notre Dame Victory March. After the game, Nick caught up with Blanton, Floyd, Te'o, and Smith to get their thoughts on the team's first upset over a ranked opponent since 2005. The University of Utah was ranked #14 in the country entering the game. With a victory over Army at Yankee Stadium next week or USC at the Los Angeles Coliseum in two weeks, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish will be eligible for a bowl game with six wins for the season.

The concept for the project was a promotional video for enticing the prospective non-traditional student to attend Indiana University South Bend by presenting two stories they may relate to: The story of the student and the story of the graduate. The story of the student is of a twenty something that didn't go to college straight out of high school and a few years later deciding that he should have, we meet him two years into working for his degree. The story of the graduate is of a forty something that didn't go to college after high school either, but did much later and graduated, we see his accomplishments due to doing so. I didn't have a lot of time to write a decent script or shoot everything that I wanted due to work and other classes, but I think the end product is just adequate which is alright considering that this was an introductory class and really my first video project that my grade depended on. I really could have done a better job editing. The original project that I turned in was about 3 to 4 minutes longer than this version and this version can probably loose another 2 to 3 minutes. It's hard deciding what to cut out, especially shots you're partial to. But I'm learning. I think that I could have added some graphics to fill in for information that would be relevant and wasn't relayed. I really should have put a title at the beginning so people <b>...</b>
