Dr Hou Kok Chung ( ) is a Malaysian politician and one of the current Deputy Ministers for Higher Education along with Dato Saifuddin Abdullah in the Malaysian Cabinet. He is an alumnus of Malaya University and used to work as an academician in the same university before he ran for election.
