Holton, in Suffolk, England, is a village near to the town of Halesworth with a population of around 1,100. Holton is split into two parts, Upper Holton and Holton.

This Video was made in 2008 outside Bernard Matthews Factory site when workers at the Bernard Matthews demonstration/strike demanding higher salaries..(pay rise) The demo or strike itself was initiated by workers syndicate or better known as Unite the Union. But in the absence of solidarity among the workers, the outcome of the charges is zero. Most workers want to remain silent and not make anything after fearing of the possibility they will lose their jobs if known or seeing by the employer Management Team. The demo was also done as an act of rejection on the coming into force by Employer decision on all the workers to pay the transportation costs that were previously free. Most of the workers at the bernard matthews is the people of Eastern European, Portuguese and some East Timorese - Portoguese nationality. Due to the lack of cohesion among these workers, often the problems occur surpassed by the employer. Most of the workers often choose silence or silent for fear of the term "Taken to the office" because chances are they will get layoffs or fired. But the truth is that Bernard Matthews is a good place and good employer to work for. Many migrant workers who come in and there are many workers who leave but Bernard Matthews is still standing strong because of its strong management systems. More than 60 years Bernard Matthews has hired tens of thousands of workers. there are some older workers who serve there for almost more than 30 years and they still feel happy and <b>...</b>
