Virginia ("Ginny") Duenkel (March 7, 1947) is an American swimmer who represented the United States at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. She medaled in two swimming events as a 17-year old, winning a Gold medal in the 400 meter freestyle and a Bronze medal in the 100 meter backstroke.

Duenkel was an honoree of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, one of twelve individuals honored in 1985.

Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool in her hometown of West Orange, New Jersey is named in her honor. She attended West Orange High School.
