York Charter Township is a charter township of Washtenaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 7,392 at the 2000 census.

Federal Correctional Institution, Milan is located in the township. It is also the site of the Toyota Technical Center.The township is known as having been the home of the Saline Valley Farm, a 1930's experimental cooperative.
