Torre Norte is a skyscraper in São Paulo, Brazil. It is part of the 'Centro Empresarial Nações Unidas', located by the Pinheiros river at the Avenida das Nações Unidas. Its construction began in 1999 and was completed in 2000. Its 158 meters (500 ft), 42 floors house the offices of several multinational corporations, like Nokia, Maersk, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard. The 'Centro Empresarial' is composed of several other towers and houses a Hilton hotel on Torre Leste as well as the local offices for Toyota and Alcoa on Torre Oeste. The complex has an underground connection to the neighbouring 'World Trade Center São Paulo' and a view to the Octavio Frias de Oliveira bridge, one of the city's landmarks.
