'The Album' is the upcoming debut album by Achozen, a project created by System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadjian, Wu-Tang Clan member RZA, Killarmy member Kinetic 9, and Wu-Tang affiliate Reverend William Burke. The project's debut album was said to be released in July of '08, but was later set to be released in late 2008. Odadjian later stated the album to be released before Summer 2009, but recently stated the album would be released by September. The album was not released by this date however. The album is set to be released with a special DVD with the album's main disc.

The album will also feature funk musician George Clinton (P-Funk), Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante, Wu-Tang affiliate Killah Priest, Wu-Tang Clan member GZA, Sick Jacken of Psycho Realm, and Leggezin Fin.

Achozen's first song, "Deuces", was premiered online on April 22, 2008. Coincidentally, that date is also band member Shavo Odadjian's birthday. Most of the songs listed in the possible inclusions section were featured in the film Babylon A.D., but were not included on the film's soundtrack. "Deuces" was also featured in the UK trailer for the film.

In a blog released on Achozen's official MySpace on December 29, 2008, Achozen announced, "The Achozen album is being mixed as we speak by Logan Mader (Machine Head and Soulfly) and will be finished by the middle of January!" In an interview with ZAk of SOADFans.com in April 2009, Shavo said that, "The album is recorded and mastered ..and everything, I just came back from New York, meeting people there, went very well.. I'm in the process of looking for a label."

I thought it would be a really great intro, of putting this song, because in the album "Mezmerize" it's the first song, and then goes BYOB ^^. I've also put some pictures of war and soldiers, because peopole should understand, how shitty and bad war is. After the intro comes my shitty guitar cover, bad quality of corse because of shitty webcam and mic. And i really messed up in one part of song, but I really was too lazy to rerecord the video, because it's friday lulz. Hope you will enjoy my cover of song.
