Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutiérrez (born June 24, 1974 in the Philippines) is a Filipina model, beauty queen and actress. She was Binibining Pilipinas-World 1993 and the Miss World 1993 Second Princess. She is the daughter of 1960s Filipino actor Eddie Gutierrez and former actress Annabelle Rama and the older sister of identical twin actors Richard and Raymond Gutierrez.
Gutierrez rose to fame after being part in the 1994 Metro Manila Film Festival Scam, in which talent manager Lolit Solis and Annabelle Rama declared her as the winner of Best Actress.
