Philip Hammond MP (born 4 December 1955 ) is a British Conservative Party politician. He is the Member of Parliament (MP) for Runnymede and Weybridge. He was appointed Secretary of State for Transport on 12 May 2010, and appointed as a Privy Counsellor on 13 May 2010.
