Percy Duncan Haughton (July 11, 1876 - October 27, 1924) was a head football coach at Cornell University, Harvard University, and Columbia University. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1951.

He was also the part owner of the Boston Braves from 1916-1918 and Harvard baseball coach in 1915.

Haughton and his wife owned Gould Island in Rhode Island where Haughton trained the Harvard football team.
