Norshahrul Idlan Talaha (born in June 8, 1986 in Terengganu) is a Malaysian footballer who is currently an Attacking Midfielder for Kelantan. He is a member of the Malaysian national and former Malaysian U-23 squad.

Norshahrul has represent Malaysia national youth team for 2004 AFC Youth Championship. He also part of Malaysia under 23 that winning the 2007 Merdeka Tournament. He made his international senior debut against Bahrain on October 28, 2007 after substituting Sumardi Hajalan.

On 12 July 2009, Norshahrul scored his first senior international goals in an unofficial matches against Zimbabwe.
