Loki Software, Inc. (sometimes also called Loki Games or Loki Entertainment Software) was a software firm based in Tustin, California, United States, that ported several video games from Microsoft Windows to Linux. It took its name from the Norse deity Loki.

Although successful in its goal of bringing games to the Linux platform, the company was eventually forced to close due to financial troubles, with it declaring Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection in August 2001, and finally being disbanded in January 2002.

This is part 1 of 2, and is only on where to find and download the installation for MediaCoder. Hello Audience, so obviously, you will need MediaCoder. Now, you can choose to either download the latest or the earlier version, both are good, but I suggest trying to see which fits you better. First of all, go to their site, which is [ www.mediacoderhq.com ], and then, on top of the site, there should be a few tabs. Look a bit to the right of the tab that says "Home" and you'll see one that's called "Download", click on it. After that, scroll down for a bit, until you see something in black letters that says "Get MediaCoder", under that, you should see a few links, click the link that has the largest letters. Now, you have to choose between five editions, I would suggest using the Full Edition, because I've been using it and it works pretty much for any kind of transcoding, from audio to video. Next, it's time to choose which edition, but this time it's different, you can choose either x86, click on this one if you're unsure, or, if you have a 64-bit windows, you might want to click on x64. If you can't find where it says that, look below the Ad. that says something about an "AVS Video Converter". Right below it are the editions I mentioned. Click on one of them. Conclusively, scroll down, and you should see a few mirrors to download from, pick one of your preference and download it, if it does not download on that mirror, choose another one.
