The Honourable Lindsay Harvey Hoyle (born 10 June 1957) is a British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Chorley since 1997. He is the son of Lord Hoyle, a former Labour MP for Warrington North.

He was elected as Chairman of Ways and Means and Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons in a secret ballot on 8 June 2010. He is Chairman of the all Party British Gibraltar Group in Parliament, and a member of the All Party Parliamentary Flag Group.
