'Kristin' is an American comedy television series starring Kristin Chenoweth. The series premiered June 5, 2001, on NBC. The show was canceled after six episodes.

The series is based on the book Good Christian Bitches by Kim Gatlin. From the creator of hit movies Robert Harling (Steel Magnolias, Soapdish, The First Wives Club) and producer Darren Star (Sex and the City). The series stars Leslie Bibb, Kristin Chenoweth, Jennifer Aspen, Miriam Shor, Marisol Nichols and Annie Potts as Gigi Stopper. Amanda Vaughn (Leslie Bibb), once the ultimate high school "mean girl," is forced to return home in disgrace after her marriage ends in scandal. Amanda is nothing like the girl she was 20 years ago, but as her old classmates reacquaint themselves with the new Amanda, will her home town welcome her with open arms or seek revenge? No one in this town is a saint, but that doesn't mean they can't have a heart. As Amanda and her teenage kids try to adjust to their new lives, the ladies from her past alternate between sympathy and scheming.

The show had been on HBO for 6 seasons, 94 episodes, and two summer blockbuster movies. It's a powerhouse of a series, was necessary watching for girls' culturally, and if you hadn't ever heard of it, you were living under a rock or weren't in a relationship in the late 90s. Sarah Jessica Parker is not played by me, but a friend. The first person to ever be in a theme song besides me, only because of the resemblance which I always think is kind of funny. This theme song was my first foray into HD, having used my digital camera for far too long. Although the quality is so much better, I was wary to not shoot without makeup again. The show was about four female friends who met each episode to talk about their love lives, before Carrie Bradshaw would divulge their thoughts and feelings to the world in her columns about Sex. Television's LOST finale party in Los Angeles. So the day of the finale (which was the day after I graduated from college) we hopped on a plane to LA for what would be one of the most awesome trips and fantastic ways to end the greatest show on television. Come along with us to the party complete with Dharma food, Locke's wheelchair, and a 108 inch plasma screen. We had a blast watching the show and could not have been more pleased with the outcome.
