KRDG airs a "Oldies" format branded as "Kool Gold Oldies 105.3"(Formally Oldies 105.3 FM). A few years ago around 2007 the station decided to go a different direction to get more listeners. The new programs they have now are "Fabulous 50's Friday" with Rachel Lane and "Back Trax USA" with Kit Kelly.

Kool Gold Oldies 105.3 continues to get more listeners due to their massive signal in Northern California.
