Jacoby Ford (born July 27, 1987) is an American football player and track and field athlete. He is currently signed by the Oakland Raiders.He played college football as a wide receiver and return specialist for the Clemson Tigers at Clemson University. In track, he competed in sprinting events. While in preparatory school, he reportedly ran a 4.126-second 40-yard dash, prompting Rivals.com to call him "the fastest [football] player on the East Coast."[ ]
