The Hyundai Coupe (현대 쿠페), also known as Hyundai Tiburon or Tuscani ( ) in some markets, is a compact coupe that was produced by Hyundai from 1996 to 2008. The Tiburon name itself means "shark" in Spanish. Tiburon is the name given to the North American, Australian, New Zealand, South African, and Austrian production of the vehicle, though it is called the Hyundai Coupé in other world markets. It has been known by the moniker Turbulence (터뷸런스) and Tuscani (투스카니) in the home South Korean market.

The model has been released in two generations (RD and GK) over its lifespan and in that time these generations have been subject to periodic facelifts. These facelifts have attempted to keep the car up to date with various safety improvements and a mixture of changes to exterior and interior styling. The RD Tiburon was in production for 5 years from 1996 to 2001. The GK Tiburon has been produced since 2002 and ended production in 2008.

Hyundai has officially stated that the 2010 Genesis Coupe is not a Tiburon replacement. According to the Korean newspaper Autotimes, Hyundai has readied a new model of Tiburon with a 1.6 L/2.0 L turbocharged engine.

Of course the calm, collected ride inside is in ironic contrast to the violence outside. But we're not surprised. We've ridden with Millen before, during practice for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb years ago and around various rally stages back in American rallying's glory days. Since then he has won the 2008 Red Bull World Drift Championships, the Formula D series title in 2005 and two Tires.com Triple Crown Drift Championships. Not to mention multiple titles at Pikes Peak. That this guy can drive is not the surprising part. What is surprising is the level of preparation it takes to make a drift car competitive in 2009.
