Drawsko County ( ) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-western Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat is the town of Drawsko Pomorskie, which lies 82 km (51 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin. The county contains three other towns: Złocieniec, 15 km (9.3 mi) east of Drawsko Pomorskie, Czaplinek, 29 km (18 mi) east of Drawsko Pomorskie, and Kalisz Pomorski, 29 km (18 mi) south of Drawsko Pomorskie.

The county covers an area of 1764.21 km2 (681.2 sqmi). As of 2006 its total population is 58,073, out of which the population of Złocieniec is 13,377, that of Drawsko Pomorskie is 11,465, that of Czaplinek is 6,933, that of Kalisz Pomorski is 3,989, and the rural population is 22,309.

The eastern part of the county contains part of the protected area known as Drawsko Landscape Park.

Gmina ZÅocieniec is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Drawsko County, Województwo zachodniopomorskie (West Pomeranian Voivodeship), in north-western Poland. Its seat is the town of ZÅocieniec, which lies approximately 15 kilometres east of Drawsko Pomorskie and 96 km east of the regional capital Szczecin. The gmina covers an area of 194.53 square kilometres, and as of 2006 its total population is 15571 (out of which the population of ZÅocieniec amounts to 13377, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2194). The gmina contains part of the protected area called Drawski Park Krajobrazowy (Drawsko Landscape Park) Villages. Apart from the town of ZÅocieniec, Gmina ZÅocieniec contains the villages and settlements of BÅÄdno, Bobrowo, Cieszyno, Darskowo, Jadwiżyn, JarosÅaw, Kosobudki, Kosobudy, Lubieszewo, MaÅobór, MÄcidóÅ, RzÄÅnica, SkÄpe, Stare Worowo, Stawno, SuÅoszyn, Szymalów, Uraz, WarniÅÄg, WÄsosz and Zatonie. Neighbouring gminas Gmina ZÅocieniec is bordered by the gminas of Czaplinek, Drawsko Pomorskie, Kalisz Pomorski, Ostrowice, PoÅczyn-Zdrój and Wierzchowo. (wikipedia.org)
