After four attempts to conquer the Guia Circuit, Japans Keita Sawa finally claimed a hard-fought victory at the wheel of his SPS Racing Team Lamborghini Gallardo GT3, winning the second running of the Macau GT Cup yesterday. Italian sports cars were well represented in the big GT Cup field in Macau by a number of examples of the Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 and Ferrari 430 GT3. The Macau GT Cup continues to grow in stature and this year the Macau Grand Prix support race featured a bumper field of 36 drivers who compete across the region and further afield. Last years inaugural Macau GT Cup winner, Darryl OYoung of Hong Kong, returned to defend his title on his favourite circuit with LKM Team Jebsen. The two-time Porsche Carrera Cup Asia champion has won three times on the Guia Circuit, and hoped to make it a fourth as he competed in a Porsche Cup S in 2009. However, OYoung was set to faced a stiff challenge from the likes of former Formula 1 driver Alex Yoong of Malaysia, who debuted a Bufori BMS R1 on the Guia Circuit with Team Bufori BMS Axle Motorsport. The Malaysian is no stranger to the Macau Grand Prix, have competed three times in the Formula 3 race as well as in the Guia Race. Runner-up in the 2008 Macau GT Cup, Danny Watts, was another driver to watch as the Team Road and Track driver competed at Macau for the eighth time, this year in a Porsche 997 GT Cup car. Keita Sawa, who finished third last year in his third appearance at the famous race, would race a ...

Just to share with you my experience in Lotus "Exige S" at Sepang last Sunday. I had a wonderful ride in the supercar for 3 laps in F1 circuit driven by Alex Yoong, former F1 driver and currently the A1 Team (Malaysia) driver. It's a fantastic driving machine (0-100 km/h in 3.9s) and Alex Yoong has showed some of his tricks and skills during the 3 laps. Watch the last lap when he made 360 degrees spin at the last corner. Well actually the car was out of control he confessed later. Overall, it was a wonderful ride and I'm glad to meet Alex who is humble and has pleasant personality. Enjoy the experience.

Watch in high quality! EDIT-Just so you guys know, I only use AI crashes in these videos. None of my videos feature me driving. I thought everybody did that, but they don't. Some of my future videos, however, will show off my (utter lack of) GP4 skills. Here it is...yet another fix og GP4 crash action. Remember the clip of Alex Yoong driving through a marshal, that I had to cut from GP4 Crash Compilation II? Well, I re-recorded it, and tagged it onto the beginning of this video, just for you. Don't you feel special now ^^ EDIT(28/07/09)-1000 views! EDIT(31/03/10)-Just over a year, just over 3000 views! Song: Decyfer Down-Crash

This weekend A1 Team Malaysia welcomes the A1GP Series to Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur for the third round of the 2007/08 A1GP World Cup of Motorsport, with the promise of an exciting schedule of top level racing, headlined by this nation versus nation international race series. For the team this event is all about points. The pride of the nation rests with the Malaysian team at each round of the A1GP Series and when it is the home race this is all-important. The team will be racing in the pursuit of glory, in front of the Malaysian fans, and aiming to score the first points of the season for the team. After two highly successful seasons, the team has, uncharacteristically, finished outside of the points in the first four races. Regular driver, Alex Yoong, will be looking to reverse his and the team's fortunes with two strong finishes and Malaysia's rookie driver, Aaron Lim, is hoping to help the team with his supporting efforts in the practice session on Friday. Yoong says, "What a difference a year makes! This time last season we'd had a pole position and two wins; this season we've still to score a point. But I'm not too concerned at this stage, it's a long season and we all know what we need to do to change around our fortunes. There's no better place to make that happen than at your home race, so that's exactly what we'll be setting out to do. Historically in A1GP the home nation hasn't had their best performances on their own ground, but we're ...
