Zoran Milinković (Serbian Cyrillic: Зopaн Mилинковић; born 18 July 1968 in Belgrade) is a Serbian football manager and former player.

He played for FK Partizan, FK Vojvodina, FK Radnički Niš, KSV Waregem, OGC Nice, Hansa Rostock, Tosu Futures from Japan, Anorthosis and Doxa Katokopia.

After finishing his player's career, Milinković obtained UEFA professional coaching license, quickly arising as one of the most promising and successful younger coaches in Serbia. FK BSK Borča, under his leadership, became the serious contenders for the promotion to the Serbian SuperLiga. In summer 2009, he was appointed as a head coach of the new promoted Serbian SuperLiga club Spartak Zlatibor Voda from Subotica.
