Willie Evans is a retired Ghanaian association football player who played in the North American Soccer League and American Soccer League.

In 1967, Evans joined the Atlanta Chiefs of the American Soccer League. In 1969, he moved to the Washington Darts of the American Soccer League. The Darts won the league championship and Evans was named to the All Star team. The Darts moved up to the NASL in 1970, but folded in 1971. Evans then played for the Miami Gatos in 1972 and 1973. However in 1973, the team was known as the Miami Toros.
