William Garrett Walden (born February 13, 1950, often credited as Snuffy Walden or W. G. Snuffy Walden) is a musician and composer for television shows.

Walden scored thirtysomething, The Wonder Years, Roseanne, Ellen, My So-Called Life, Felicity, Sports Night, The West Wing, The George Lopez Show, I'll Fly Away, The Stand, Huff, Once and Again, Friday Night Lights and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, among other shows. He also has recorded a solo album and participated in several compilation albums. He was guitarist with blues/rock band Stray Dog in the early 1970s, as well as The Eric Burdon Band in 1973/74. He filled in for the ailing Paul Kossoff on Free's third tour of America, and also participated in recording sessions with friend John "Rabbit" Bundrick in the mid-seventies. Walden serves as an artistic advisor to the BMI Foundation.

A comprehensive interview with Walden was conducted by Tom Guerra for Vintage Guitar Magazine in 2002.

Walden announced that he will team up with a 60-piece orchestra to compose the film adaptation of The Umbrella Academy. This will be the first time he has ever composed a movie.
