Torrance "Torry" Jabar Holt (born June 5, 1976 in Gibsonville, North Carolina) is a former American football wide receiver. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft, and spent the next ten years for the organization. He was one of the members of the Greatest Show on Turf. He played college football at North Carolina State University and joined NFL Network as an analyst in 2010.

Holt has also been a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars and New England Patriots. He is the older brother of safety Terrence Holt.
