Thomas Sadoski (born July 1, 1976) is an American actor. He was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play, the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actor in a Play, the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Actor in a Play and the Drama League Award for Distinguished Performance for his performance in reasons to be pretty. He was nominated for a 2009 Lucille Lortel Award for his work in Becky Shaw'

Sadoski was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and was raised in College Station, Texas. He left the University of North Texas after one semester and studied at the Circle in the Square drama program.

Sadoski made his stage debut understudying Mark Ruffalo and Mark Rosenthal in This Is Our Youth in 1999 at the Second Stage Theatre. Additional stage work includes his Broadway debut in Reckless, starring Mary Louise Parker. He starred in reasons to be pretty, which he performed both off-Broadway and on in 2009. He has appeared in many off-Broadway productions, including All This Intimacy, Stay, Where We're Born, and The Joke. In 2006 and 2007 he starred in a critically acclaimed version of David Sedaris' one-man show Santaland Diaries at New Haven's Long Wharf Theatre. He was featured in the Bridge Project's world tour productions of As You Like It and The Tempest, as Touchstone and Stephano, directed by Sam Mendes, which started previews on January 12, 2010 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York and closed at London's Old Vic on August 21, 2010. In December 2010 he originated the role of 'Trip Wyeth' in Jon Robin Baitz's play Other Desert Cities at Lincoln Center's Mitzi Newhouse Theatre

On television Sadoski has appeared in the soap opera As the World Turns (2007), Law & Order (2005), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2007), Law & Order: SVU (2009) and Ugly Betty (2009).

He was featured as "Chris" in the Columbia Pictures film Loser in 2000.

Sadoski married Kim Hope in 2007.
