UPDATE: " Inasmuch as the current presidential election has come down to a choice among hemlock, self-immolation or the traditional gun in the mouth, now is the time for patriotic Americans to review what went wrong and to start planning for 2012. " -- anncoulter.com 2008 *** Ann Coulter discusses how McCain-Feingold results in George Soros picking BOTH Presidential candidates. George Soros & Teresa Heinz-Kerry are major contributors to McCain since 2001. Soros is a big supporter of Obama. Established by Teresa Heinz in 1993 to honor the memory of her late husband, US Senator John Heinz, the Awards celebrate the accomplishments and spirit of the Senator by recognizing the extraordinary achievements of individuals in the areas of greatest importance to him. The Heinz Awards, administered by the Heinz Family Philanthropies, recognize outstanding individuals for their contributions in the areas of: Arts and Humanities, the Environment, the Human Condition, Public Policy, and Technology, the Economy and Employment. Nominations are submitted by an anonymous Council of Nominators and are reviewed by Jurors appointed by the Heinz Family Philanthropies. The Kerrys talk about their new environmental book "This Moment on Earth", Cambridge, MA - April 21st, 2007

Many of the photographs in this video were taken at the recent Climate Crisis Action Day in DC. It was great to see so many people there to lobby Congress to address this critical issue. They are all heroes. But what really inspired the video was something I heard recently from one of my own personal heroes. John Kerry and Teresa Heinz Kerry, two of this country's great environmentalists, were on Imus' show the other morning, and something Teresa said stuck in my head. "The biggest sin is to do nothing" The Kerrys have written a book, "This Moment on Earth", that tells the stories of regular people who are making a difference and helping save the planet. Thanks JK and THK for your remarkable leadership.
