Serbian First League (Serbian: Прва лига Србије, Prva liga Srbije) is the name for the second tier in Serbia's football league. The league is operated by the Football Association of Serbia. 18 teams are set to compete in this league for the 2009-10 season. It is often referred to as Prva liga Telekom Srbija (Прва лига Телеком Србија), named after the main sponsor of the league, Telekom Srbija.

The league was formed to replace the old second division for the new state union of Serbia and Montenegro, where Montenegro have their own First League both serve as second level. But after Montenegrin independence referendum, 2006 the Serbian First League became the only group of second level.
