Bogotá, Distrito Capital (-esboɣoˈta-Bogotá, from 1991 to 2000 called Santa Fé de Bogotá, is the capital city of Colombia. It is also designated by the national constitution as the capital of the department of Cundinamarca, even though the city of Bogotá now comprises an independent Capital district and no longer belongs administratively to that department. Bogotá is the most populous city in the country, with an estimated 7,304,384 inhabitants as of 2009. Bogotá and its metropolitan area, which includes municipalities such as Chía, Cota, Soacha, Cajicá and La Calera, had an estimated population of 8,566,926 in 2009. In terms of land area, Bogotá is the largest city in Colombia, one of the biggest of Latin America, figures in the 30th largest cities of the world, and it is the third-highest capital city in the world (after La Paz and Quito) at 2625 metres above sea level. With its many universities and libraries, Bogotá has become known as "The Athens of South America". Bogotá owns the biggest moorland of the world, which is located in the Sumapaz Locality.

Lo que sucede en el "MUNDO ENTERO" -no sólo en Bogotá y Colombia-. Este tipo de video no es para hacer críticas destructivas como la mayoría de gente se a dedicado desde su publicación. Interesantísimo sería ver el primer comentario NO OFENSIVO. También, "mentes brillantes" de las demás ciudades de Colombia y fuera de ella, ¿es que Uds. jamás se han equivocado en algo que parece tan elemental como usar un tapacobas? Está bien que uno ve casi todos lo días cómo se usa uno, pero de que hay excepciones en el mundo, las hay, sobre todo que no hay una sola manera de usar tapabocas...en esta ocasión el señor se equivocó. Otro punto, ¿por qué no interpretar el comentario que hace el periodista -"esa puede ser una opción"- como una forma de no ofender y hacer quedar en ridículo al señor (aunque ya lo estuviera) frente a toda la teleaudiencia? Pocos hemos pensado en detalles tan pequeños como esos...... Cualquier comentario, lo recibo internamente, gracias.

Hoy en dia algunos indigentes se han rehabilitado y trabajan hoy con el distrito mientras que otros su destino es incierto y/o viven en la actual calle del Bronx.
