Russell Duncan (born 15 September 1980 in Aberdeen) is a Scottish professional footballer currently with Ross County.

Russell joined Inverness from Aberdeen in 2001, and has since played in over 200 games. During the month of May, Russell was told that he, along with fellow Inverness legend Grant Munro, was told he would not have his contract renewed. His final game at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium was against St. Mirren. He was sent off for a tangle with St. Mirren defender Lee Mair after Mair grabbed Russell by the throat, Russell pushed him and Mair dived to the ground. The referee did not see this and was told by his assistant that it was Russell who should be sent off. He played his last game coming on as a second half substitute for Grant Munro in a 2-1 win at New Douglas Park. After the game, Russell and Grant said their last goodbyes to the fans and walked off together.
