Robert J. Wittman (born February 3, 1959) is the U.S. Representative for , serving since a special election in 2007. He is a member of the Republican Party. The district stretches from the fringes of the Washington suburbs to the Hampton Roads area. It is nicknamed "America's First District" because the site of Jamestown is located there.
