Ramsey County is a county located in the U.S. state of North Dakota. As of 2010, the population was 11,451. Its county seat is Devils Lake.

Ramsey County was created by the 1872-73 territorial legislature and named for Alexander Ramsey, a U.S. Senator from Minnesota at the time. County government was not formally organized until January 25, 1883.
