Petter Andersson (born 20 February 1985) is a Swedish football midfielder who currently plays for FC Groningen in Groningen. He is nicknamed "Ljusvattnets Henry", which means The Thierry Henry of Ljusvattnet. He also played internationally for the Sweden national football team.

On September 1, 2008, he signed for the Dutch club FC Groningen. He made a deal for 4 years. In January 2009, he picked up a knee injury in a match against AFC Ajax, which kept him of the pitch for the rest of the season. In his first match in the starting line-up in the reserves after recovering his injury, he again picked up a knee injury, having scored 1 0, after just 14 minutes of the game, which will keep him of the pitch for yet another few months. On May 1. 2011 he made his return again in an important away match against ADO Den Haag, replacing the injured Tim Matavz in the starting eleven. He scored two goals in a 2-4 win for Groningen. This time, he didn't pick up an injury.
