Peter Ofori-Quaye (born 21 March 1980 in Accra) is a Ghanaian professional association football player who plays as a Striker. He last played for Cypriot club AEL Limassol. Ofori-Quaye is known for being the youngest player ever to have scored in the Champions League, He was just 17 years and 194 days old when he scored for Olympiacos against Rosenborg on 1 October 1997. He has 32 caps for Ghana and played at the 2000 Africa Cup of Nations.
