Paul Emerson Carlyle Ince (born 21 October 1967 in Ilford, Greater London) is an English football manager and a former professional player. He has managed Blackburn Rovers, Milton Keynes Dons (twice) and Macclesfield Town. He is currently out of work after his contract with Notts County was terminated by mutual consent.
As a player he won numerous honours with Manchester United, became the first black player to captain the England team and was also the first black Briton to manage a team in the highest tier of English football. His career saw him play for seven English clubs, including stints at Manchester United, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Liverpool, as well as Italian side Internazionale.
