The Patriot League is a college athletic conference which operates in the northeastern United States. It participates in the NCAA's Division I) for all sports; in football, it participates in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS; still often referred to by its former designation of Division I-AA). There are eight "full" member schools, whose teams participate in all league sports, except football. American does not compete in football, while Army and Navy are Independents in the NCAA's Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). Associate members include Fordham (football), Georgetown (football), Villanova (women's lacrosse) and MIT (women's rowing). The league was founded in 1984 as the Colonial League (not to be confused with the Colonial Athletic Association), but competition did not start until 1986. It changed its name in 1990 when it expanded to include other sports besides football.

FS #135, FSV 123. I did forget to put in this one as Georgetown did have an appearance in the NCAA Basketball Tourneys. Yes, this is another a capella version of the fight song from the group, The Chimes. Do note that the change of color in the words are of Jack the bulldog's colors, and it signifies the change from the chorus to the long bridge. The chorus has two versions, one for American football, the other for basketball. Do note that the school is playing in the championship subdivision for American football-they are an associate member of the Patriot League. Hope you enjoy the vid and I will remind you-comment cleanly....

This is it: Across The Airwaves has reached the epic milestone of 20 Episodes and we figured the best way to celebrate is to have another live show dedicated to the upcoming Smallville episode, Patriot. And there's going to be so much action packed superhero goodness in this episode, somebody may lose an eyeball to Green Arrow before it's over if you hardcore DC Comics Fans catch my drift, so don't miss one of the last chances to see the Justice League and Aquaman in action on Smallville, this Friday November 19th at 8/7c on the CW. And after it's over with, check out www.ustream.tv to join myself, Nico and our resident Smallville expert Michael J. Petty on Across The Airwaves' Patriot Live Show Extravaganza -- a live episode event airing at 9:15pm/8:15pm CST and going through the west coast airing, where we will discuss Smallville's final season and everything Superman. Don't miss it! Protectors Of The Earth by Two Steps From Hell
