Luis Oscar Fulloné (born 4 April 1939 in La Plata) is an Argentine football coach and former player. He is currently coaching KAC Kenitra in the Botola.

In 1968 he joined Aston Villa F.C. of England, but never played for the first team.

After retiring as a player Fulloné became a football coach and then manager. He was on the staff at Sheffield United F.C. between 1978 and 1979 when the club tried to sign Diego Maradona but ended up with Alejandro Sabella instead. He was involved in the transfer of Argentine World Cup winners Ricardo Villa and Osvaldo Ardiles to Spurs.

He served as manager of Swiss side FC Sion between 1980 and 1981. Since then he has spent most of his career managing African teams, including the Burkina Faso national team.

He managed USM Alger, and was appointed manager of KAC Kenitra in 2010.
