Please watch Phils great video of how it should be done. www.youtube.com After watching Phils (steamwally,s) video showing his pump I thought I would find mine from burried in the shed and take photos of it and then upload a video. I was going to put it up for sale this week as part of my clearout but now that I have seen how it all goes together with pipes etc I shall keep it and try and get a full setup like Phils. Good job Phil and it puts me to shame. Silly idea a Lottery machine. Couldnt think what else I could do with it. I am also going to remove the wheels from the Trolley as it looks daft. I will fit rubber door stops on the underneath as I do with my small engines,

Generating electricity from a bike Dynamo. Will it work. Watch and see. Eventually it will be fitted to one of my 49cc Stationary Engines, maybe the Villiers or the BSA. A bit of fun but it does work but for how long ?

Very windy day. Both BSA Engines running. I am not happy with the engines as they are difficuilt to start compared to my other small engines.

Yes its in the Kitchen. Poor light. I had to bring it into the house to drill some holes for the fuel tank fitting. Looking good so far but I need to sort out the charging circuits if I want to charge a battery and run lights etc.

As requested a short video of = The best way I know of repairing a ignition lead on a petrol engine. Sometimes its not possible to replace the HT lead as it enters a Magento and sealed in etc. So here is how I do it using simple tools etc. I hope you like the method taught to me by my Father.

Tight fisted way of making decals (logos). Using an old parts box. I have not tried using a computer and printing one on photopaper. I would think it would also work very well as you could enlarge it using photo software. I dont have a colour printer so cannot try it. But you will find plenty of logos on the internet to download. Most makes and models are there is just a matter of hunting for them.
