Norbert Eder (born 7 November 1955) is a former German football player.

Norbert Eder played in 286 Bundesliga matches (11 goals) for 1. FC Nuremberg and FC Bayern Munich, being further present in nine internationals for West Germany in 1986 after he had surprisingly been included in the squad of the West Germans for the 1986 FIFA World Cup. In that tournament he came to action in all matches of his team, finishing runner-up with them after they were beaten by Argentina in the final. The defender reached the European Cup final with FC Bayern Munich in 1987 against Porto and won three Bundesliga titles (1985, 1986, 1987), plus one German Cup (1986) trophy. He had joined them from 1. FC Nuremberg for a fee of 150,000 Deutsche Mark in 1984. In the 2nd Bundesliga, Norbert Eder scored 22 goals in 147 appearances for 1. FC Nuremberg in between 1974 and 1984.
